5. Refund Request Deadline:
You must lodge your claim within the first 30 days of purchasing the e-book. For example, if you purchased "First-Time Discipline: The Unexpected Method New Parents Are Using to Raise Remarkably Well-Behaved Toddlers" on 1 March 2024, add 30 days and the date would be 30 March 2024. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 30th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
